A public lecture at Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy on the history of a century of ideas about establishing a Latvian-Lithuanian state between 1884 and 1984. The lecture took place at 11:30 on Thursday, 17th November 2022 in Šiauliai Academy Information Centre, room 202a.
